iron chefs

Sometimes the boy and I like to cook something a bit spesh on Saturday night, as a warm up for Iron Chef.
This week we made our own ravioli.
It was super easy, and sooooo good!
We simply mixed up some mashed pumpkin with spinach and ricotta cheese

wrapped spoonfuls in gow gee (asian dumpling) wrappers

boil then serve...

...with a bit of sparkle...

and don't forget the chocolate!

ooohhhhhhhhhhh yeah
