This weekend I made apricot, almond & oat muffins =)



It's a Rosemary Stanton recipe, and much more filling (in a porridgey oaty wholemealy stick-to-your-ribs kind of way) compared to some of the others I've tried.

Although they're a little heavy, they are delicious zapped for about 20 seconds in the microwave right before eating.

And they taste like breakfast =)
