When life gives you lemons...


you could always make lemon curd =)

After tasting the most gorgeous tarts last week I decided that I needed to find a good lemon curd recipe so that I could recreate the tasty little treats for myself at home.

There are heaps of recipes around - after a bit of reading I decided on this one.
It made exactly one little jar, and is just delicious.

I had planned on using some to sandwich chocolate macarons together, but I think it might be too runny...



Hmmm, on to plan B....

    Yum, there's nothing nicer!!!! I love lemon curd. Sometimes mine is cloudy not clear though. I don't know why.
