Tonight I've been cutting and baking and packaging a mini gingerbread house kit for my boss, who is getting her Christmassy treat early this year since it might come in handy for a weekend with her grandkids.

The recipe is from Gourmet Traveller - it is tasty but it had too much spread on baking, I think.
I have a different dough resting in the fridge overnight to try out tomorrow =)
