Slowcookerpalooza :: beef vindaloo

Sally Wise's Slow Cooker 2 has a couple of Indian-style curries in it which we've been slow cooking our way through. Yesterday we had the beef vindaloo.


It was pretty delicious, not very hot which was ok since it meant you could taste all the different spices that went into it. We served it with rice, minty cucumber yoghurt and whatever mixed veggies I had in the freezer ;o)
I should have made double - I think it would be nice to have leftovers of a couple of the different curries stocked up so that we could have a proper curry night feast =)
