December 2 :: the baking begins!

This morning I was struck by the sudden urge to do some festive baking (I blame all the tinsel at work!)
Shortbread is always a good place to start, and I thought this recipe for cranberry & white chocolate shortbread sounded too good not to try =)

    Oh yes, I am all about the shortbread too, I like all the variations you can make from just one basic mixture!! And I can eat white chocolate and cranberries so that's a bonus!! YUM.

    Oh my, that does sound good! And the perfect use for the giganto box of dried cranberries on my kitchen bench!
